About our “Midwest Nice” guarantee and return/replace/refund policy...
We offer a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, replacement, or refund. Spend some quality time with your candle. Sniff, whiff and inspect to your heart’s content. If you’re not in love, let us know.
To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, simply provide proof of purchase and explain the reason for your request. Basically, we just like to be sure you actually have one of our candles. (Not everyone is as honest as you are.)
We offer this no-holds-barred type of policy because we want to be sure you love your item as much as we do! Place your order with confidence, knowing we've got your back.
Of course, it’s at our discretion to limit this return/refund option to as little as once per customer if we suspect there’s something fishy going on or someone’s trying to “game the system” (as the kids say). Again... the honesty thing. :)
To start a return, you can contact us at info@sconniecandleco.com or fill out the contact form on our website. If your request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on what to do next. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Sure, the delivery guys are super nice, but sometimes accidents happen. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so we can make it right. We want to be sure you love our products as much as we do!
Wrong item received?
If we shipped the wrong thing, that’s on us. Sometimes the guys in our shipping department stay up too late playing cribbage and drinking Brandy Old Fashioneds, and things go sideways. That’s not your problem we will make it right!
If you somehow ordered the wrong item (perhaps also due to a late night cribbage or Old Fashioned binge), just contact us and share details. We may be able to work out a refund or return.
Refunds
We will notify you once the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
